HOW TO MEASURE

1. Chest: With arms by the side, measure around the fullest part of the chest.
2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, usually above the belly button and below the rib cage.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the measuring tape is parallel to the ground.
